Comment: In its eighteen-year existence, BWAZ has done the great work of discovering talent and producing some of the powerful contemporary writers of Zimbabwe. While efforts by organizations like the British Council are always commendable and necessary, another way BWAZ might continue to be self-sustaining is through the "giving back" that its more established alumni should do. Material and service donations are a good way to go. I know Memory Chirere, Ignatius Mabasa, Mbizo Chirasha, Beaven Tapureta, Wonder Guchu and others continue to serve the organizations through different forms of support. Keep up the good work.
